Our Classical Hatha Yoga Sessions focus on asanas, pranayama, bandhas and meditation. Each session commences with relaxation, followed by limbering; then moves through a range of traditional postures from all positions (standing, balanced, prone, supine, twisted, inverted etc) and of varying strengths, emphasizing stability, comfort, mindful self-awareness and individual capacity; and concludes with classical pranayama and deep meditation practices. These sessions are for those wishing a full, balanced, traditional yoga "work-out" of body and mind - all standards accommodated.
Note: As we are IYTA-qualified, sessions may be claimable on your Health Fund, depending on the fund and level of cover.
